About the plug-in:  The software used to create this new kind of presentation requires a one time download of a free, harmless plug-in that allows you to see this and future shows of this type.  I choose to use this new software for my Real Estate Tours because it has so many advantages over Flash Slideshows.  You can watch high definition Tours, full screen, with full motion and transition effects.  The Tour can also be burned to a DVD.
